Terms & Conditions mbiwin – Malaysia Platform User Guide

By accessing or using the mbiwin platform in any manner — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, mbiwin's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies published from time to time.

Mbiwin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest conditions governing the use of mbiwin.

To register and use mbiwin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appear on any exclusion list barring participation in betting activities as imposed by any relevant authority.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or as a representative of any third party.
• Not use mbiwin's services for any illegal, fraudulent, or money laundering purposes.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) mbiwin account only. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, different phone numbers, or any other method — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Updating your personal information should any changes occur.
• Keep your mbiwin account password and login credentials confidential.
• Notify mbiwin immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity that occurs within your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by another party.

Mbiwin reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant documents.

Mbiwin supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to facilitate seamless deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the verified user.

All mbiwin promotional offers carry an expiry date as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonuses not utilised within the valid period will be automatically forfeited.

This section contains specific rules applicable to all Sports Betting activity on the mbiwin platform, covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, tennis, basketball, and all other available sports.

• All bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specifically stated (e.g., match postponed or cancelled).
• Bets placed on postponed or cancelled matches will be fully refunded to the user's account balance within 24 hours.
• For football, matches abandoned before the 80th minute are considered incomplete and bets will be refunded, unless the result can already be officially determined.
• Mbiwin reserves the right to limit bet sizes or decline specific bets without providing a reason.
• Any bet placed using information not available to the general public (insider information) will be considered void and cancelled.
• Odds displayed are in decimal format. Winnings are calculated as odds × stake amount, and the total payout to the player is winnings minus the original stake.
• In the event of a technical error on mbiwin's part that causes clearly incorrect odds to be displayed, mbiwin reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund only the original stake.

All Live Casino, slots, and virtual sports games available on mbiwin are licensed software from reputable third-party providers. mbiwin does not control or influence the outcomes of these games in any way.

• All casino games use an independently audited and certified RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure fairness.
• Results generated by the RNG are final and cannot be disputed.

• The user has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.

• The user has employed automation software, bots, or any other unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage.
• The user threatens, insults, or behaves disrespectfully towards mbiwin staff.
• The user has requested account closure (self-exclusion) for responsible gambling reasons.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, mbiwin reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings in that account. If closure occurs for any other reason, any valid balance will be returned to the user within 7 business days.

As a mbiwin user, you agree to:

• Using the mbiwin platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial or professional purpose.
• Not using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Do not share your account, password, or any login credentials with any third party.
• Being responsible for all taxes and legal liabilities relating to your winnings under applicable Malaysian law.
• Treat all mbiwin staff and fellow users on the platform with respect.
• Reporting any technical errors or inconsistencies you notice on the platform to the mbiwin support team.

All content on the mbiwin platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, designs, graphics, text, software, user interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of mbiwin or our licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or modify any mbiwin content without prior written consent.
• Using the mbiwin brand name, logo, or domain name for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Any content you submit or upload to the mbiwin platform (e.g., feedback, comments) grants mbiwin a licence to use that content without compensation.

Mbiwin provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• Mbiwin shall not be liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Mbiwin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Mbiwin's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
• Mbiwin is not liable for any betting or gaming outcomes that result in losses to the user.

Mbiwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or email to their registered address. All amendments take effect 14 days after notification, except for platform security-related changes which may take effect immediately.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration or a competent court in Malaysia.
